“ I was in Aripeka again over the weekend, visiting the area from Central New York and doing some fishing. The Arikeka Stone Crab Company is always one of my stops to grab seafood for the grill. I picked up some Red Shrimp (delicious marinated, cooked briefly on a grill mat, then finished over the open grill fire) as well as 100 Clams. Only 1 clam was broken and discarded, the rest I soaked in water with cornmeal for a bit, then placed on the grill grates until they opened up. Every single clam opened, and they were outstanding! I can't wait until my next trip into town! ”
